Dangote Cement Bags ‘Cement Company of the Year’ Award at Africa International Housing Show

 Dangote Cement Plc, the continent’s largest cement manufacturer, has been honoured with the “Cement Company of the Year” award at the recently concluded Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) in Abuja .

The prestigious accolade recognizes Dangote Cement’s instrumental role in bolstering real estate development across Africa. As a major sponsor of the four-day exhibition — which featured participants from 21 countries and saw over 40,000 exhibitors — the company’s contributions were lauded by event organizers and government officials alike .

In his remarks, the Deputy Governor of Sokoto State, representing the Governor, described Dangote Cement as “a household name and the pride of Africa” .
