Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee Reunite After Years in My Youth”


 K-drama fans are eagerly awaiting the release of My Youth, the upcoming romance drama starring Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee. The series tells the heartfelt story of two people who were once each other’s first loves, meeting again years later and reminiscing about their past.


According to Soompi, Song Joong-ki plays Sun Woo-hae, a former child actor who has stepped away from the spotlight to live a quieter life as a novelist and florist. Chun Woo-hee takes on the role of Sung Je-yeon, his first love, who now works as a team leader at an entertainment company. Once wealthy but now determined to rebuild her life, Je-yeon encounters Woo-hae again more than a decade after their youthful romance.


As reported by Allkpop, teasers for the drama highlight the emotional depth of their reunion. In one clip, Woo-hae’s narration reflects his lingering feelings: “Is there anyone who remembers their first season, that year, that first snow?” Meanwhile, Je-yeon softly admits, “It would be a lie to say I never thought of you. Seeing you again instantly took me back to that time.”


Rolling Stone India also describes My Youth as a touching story of nostalgia, healing, and rekindled affection. With its blend of youthful flashbacks and present-day emotions, the drama promises to deliver a heartfelt journey that resonates with viewers who still hold onto memories of their first love.


The drama is set to premiere later this year, and fans can’t wait to see Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee’s emotional chemistry unfold on
